Monday-Thursday: 9am-6:30pm
Friday: Specialty Procedures
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed - We require all of our patients and staff to wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose the entire time they are inside.

Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fever
Chills
New Loss of smell
Trouble breathing
Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
New confusion
Inability to wake or stay awake
Bluish lips or face

- We have COVID-19 Rapid and Nasal Swab readily available for you. Free testing for uninsured too. YOU DO NOT need to have symptoms or to have symptoms in the past to get tested with us. Just give us a call to schedule your test.
